Amazon Engagement lead, Drivers and Partners' experience in 04, Saudi Arabia

Description

In this impactful position, you'll work closely with teams to roll out new initiatives, products, and features, improving driver engagement throughout their journey.

Key job responsibilities

As the guardian of the driver experience, you'll investigate drivers' pain points, find their root causes, and create lasting solutions. We're looking for individuals skilled in navigating uncertainties, conducting experiments, and adept at solving complex problems amidst competing priorities. Collaborating with Delivery Service Partners, you'll establish recognition programs, celebrate milestones, and recognize top-performing Delivery Associates. Through managing surveys and refining feedback mechanisms, you'll shape product roadmaps for an enhanced partner experience in our growing network. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and excels in making well-informed, high-judgment decisions.

A day in the life

Implement new initiatives like round tables, listening mechanisms, with relevant teams to create a culture changing program for drivers experience.

Extract insights from data, analyze and address business problems at their core, considering the bigger picture. Keep an eye on driver sentiment, address pain points, suggest changes, and explore new feedback channels.

Collaborate with Delivery Service Partners to create a global recognition and rewards program, elevating motivation and performance for their drivers.

Take charge of regular communications to business leaders, showcasing partnership and sentiment opportunities for improved customer satisfaction and retention in the DSP Program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse operations

  • Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams

  • Experience with data analysis
