Insight Global Paid Media Business Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

In the Business Analyst role, you will be part of the Paid Media team and specialize in audience insights. Paid Media is treated and considered a Platform Solutions "Product." The ideal candidate has a strong technical background: understanding in detail everything in the product backlog to effectively manage it. With that baseline, you will be leading and driving strategy in stakeholder meetings, while managing the organization and prioritization of projects.

A key responsibility will be to analyze data from various paid media channels to identify key audience segments and behaviors. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize targeting strategies, maximize campaign performance and drive business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product and data science, you will play a vital role in informing audience-centric decision-making and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

* Requirements Gathering, Feature Definition and Prioritization

o Collaborate with key stakeholders and squads to understand business objectives, processes and user needs.

o Conduct thorough analysis to identify and document detailed business requirements and prioritize product features that align with strategic goals.

o Work closely with squads to gather and prioritize product requirements.

o Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.

* Product Roadmap Vision and Strategy

o Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business priorities and aligns with the overall organizational strategy.

o Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and strategy to squads and stakeholders.

o Collaborate with squads to understand needs and competitive landscapes to inform the product roadmap.

o Articulate strategy both verbally and through written communication to the key stakeholder teams.

o Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize effectively.

Skills and Requirements

o Bachelors Degree

Excellent PM Skills & Communication

Strong Digital Marketing & Data Analysis Sklls

3+ years' experience primarily in media activation in platforms such as Meta and DPS, secondary experience in Google Marketing Platform management (Search Ads 360, Display Video 360 and Campaign Manager) or comparable advertising technology platforms

o Activation and insights Platform experience a bonus: e.g., Meta, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Google Marketing Platform, Linkedin, etc.

o Knowledge on data onboarding tools such as LiveRamp, Adobe Experience Platform/Audience Manager, Neustar, etc

o Basic knowledge about digital data types (1st, 2nd, 3rd party data), and marketing and advertising technologies/partners

o Support AdTech global audience operations for paid media team including regional specific needs/requests and general administrative support (audience research tasks, audience management, taxonomy governance)

o Manage day-to-day tasks including audience creation, audience delivery to paid media platforms via API integrations, audience reporting and global audience documentation

o Use tools to assist and support the creation of audience insights, market sizing, and audience sizing, leading to audience creation, segmentation and performance insights

o Help implement audience test and learn initiatives in partnership with activation teams and strategists

o Develop the strategic direction of paid media advertising accounts on multiple platforms including Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon for a variety of clients null
