JOB DESCRIPTIONTitle: Customer Experience Process Specialist ILocation: India

Customer Experience Process Specialists are responsible for ensuring our written processes and procedures are easy to follow and amended in a timely manner based on new applications, changes in process and updates to existing platforms.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Review existing processes for opportunities to create efficiencies, including cross-departmental processes.

  • Review procedures for proper flow and accuracy.

  • Ability to meet business goals and timelines.

  • Collaborate with the internal teams to propose the most efficient process recommendations.

  • Write new procedures or update existing procedures when new applications are implemented, or enhancements are made to applications or processes.

  • Must be seen as an advocate for customers and internal team members.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvements.

  • Develop a strong Mouser business acumen and use it with each assignment.

  • A team player who represents the company and Service Operations team in a professional manner.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts.

  • Create flow charts mapping out processes.

  • Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Exhibits strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple departmental activities.

  • Strong written grammar construction, punctuation, and spelling.

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and telephone etiquette.

  • Experience with technical writing.

  • Able to communicate with diplomacy and tact with people at all levels

  • Strong ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.

  • PC Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet, e-mail, Salesforce, Lucid, Jira, and other software.

  • Able to work with minimum supervision and make independent judgements.

  • Able to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets, printed reports, and terminal screens.

  • Able to type data and use PC for extended periods of time.

  • Skill Evaluation: Math 80%, Spelling 80%, Advanced Excel 80%, Typing 40 WPM.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or Marketing field.
