Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support an enterprise internal design team. Ideally candidates will work in the NJ/NY area and be working with team members in the US and globally. The goal of the role is to enable and measure the headcount and reporting within the CX Design group. This candidate will work directly with a Program Manager over design enablement processes, as well as an onboarding specialist who oversees new hire orientation materials and onboarding. On a day to day, this role be managing reports and developing processes around headcount and budget for the individual design teams, providing planning support for special projects, and establishing communications around measurement for target team growth goals. There will be some project coordination role necessary to be successful in the role, as well as creating forecasting for capacity planning for future design initiatives. Understanding how a design organization operates is and being able to take initiative to find a way to complete tasks when ambiguity is presented, is super important for this role.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of enterprise experience in a project coordination or project management role

Experience handling internal, external partnerships strong stakeholder experience

Strong experience with project tracking, reporting and creating processes to improve efficiency

Advanced familiarity and experience Google Suite and Smartsheet building decks and spreadsheets

Knowledge of headcount alignment, budget tracking and reporting

Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management to inform and influence outcomes

Ability to prioritize activities, take initiative, establish realistic timelines/milestones and achieve results

Working knowledge of the human-centered design process and key processes Experience supporting in-house or consultancy design teams spanning design disciplines including interaction design, visual design, content strategy, research, and engineering null
