Ziegler CAT Fleet Registration Coordinator in Bloomington, Minnesota

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Fleet Registration Coordinator. This is an administrative role that largely focuses on the registration and title process for all fleet vehicles across Ziegler's territory. This role will handle title and registration for multiple states, including apportioned vehicles. Responsibilities: Responsive to phone and email requests relating to Ziegler registration and title processes Ensure all registrations are current and follow state requirements Request documentation needed for title or registration from vendors Create PO's as needed Update internal fleet information to reflect expiration dates, title information, etc. Request new plates, duplicate titles, and registrations as applicable Organize registration and title paperwork within internal systems for ease of access Visit DMV as needed Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred Previous experience handling vehicle registration or title work preferred Time-management and organizational skills People skills Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft office - Excel - Word - Outlook), ERP experience preferred Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Commitment/Dependability, Efficiency, Problem Solving, Teamwork Valid driver's license Travel: Up to 10% travel Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be moderate at times.
