Duties:

Perform the day-to-day operation of the Collateral Management Department and provide support to the branches and customers. Provide administrative support needed to manage the receipt, tracking, follow-up, recording, and storage of collateral documents and assist in the researching and obtaining of missing collateral documents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Three years of banking experience with progressive responsibilities

  • Demonstrated proficiency using banking platforms and common office software and systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines while working independently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to define goals and objectives, organize work, and successfully manage completion of tasks to achieve pre-defined goals and objectives

  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time
