Commonwealth Care Alliance Hybrid - Provider Relations Communication Intern in Boston, Massachusetts

Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is thrilled once again to host its Summer Internship Program for clinical and non-clinical departments!The Internship Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students from across the country. CCA Internships are a valuable way for students to obtain real-world experience, gain exposure to a specific field, build their network for the future, and support our members and communities. This program is a great way for CCA to attract and develop exceptional talent as we continue to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contribute to the development and distribution of the monthly provider newsletter

  • Develop materials customized to targeted providers, office managers and their staff

  • Work with data to identify trends in provider interactions and engagement with distributed material

  • Project Management support to coordinate tasks, follow up on timelines and ensure that objectives are met

Additional Information

  • Hybrid position - 30 Winter St, Boston MA

  • All internships will be paid standard and competitive rates for undergraduate and graduate levels ($23 and $25 per hour respectively). Internships are expected to be full-time through the duration of the program.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled or a recent graduate within the last 2 years

OR

  • Graduate student currently enrolled or a recent graduate within the last 2 years

Desired:

  • Completion of relevant coursework in communications, healthcare administration or public health

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of effective communication strategies and techniques

  • Basic knowledge of data collection, management and analysis principles
