Introduction

The GME Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting all assigned department initiatives. Will assist with resident onboarding, including the procurement and assignment of equipment for resident use.

This role is office based in Brentwood, TN.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Assist with creating reports for resident onboarding.

• Work with internal and external partners to procure, assign and distribute laptops and cell phones to residents.

• Report on status of equipment management.

• Update and manage the Flipping Book process.

WORK SCHEDULE

• During the semester, flexible hours will be arranged with the student’s schedule, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. These hours will fall within the regular business hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

EDUCATION

• Actively pursuing a 4-year college degree in health care, business or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge and interest of the Healthcare Industry

• Positive attitude, proactive mentality, responsive and strong work ethic

• Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
