Medtronic Territory Manager, Acute Care & Monitoring (Townville or Cairns based) in Brisbane, Australia

Our newly formed Acute Care & Monitoring business, formally Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions, works together with the global healthcare community to solve clinically meaningful problems, with technologies and solutions for blood oxygen management, respiratory compromise and perioperative complications.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Australia Acute Care and Monitoring sales team to be based in either Townsville or Cairns. In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share to key Anaesthesiology department and clinical staff within Townsville, Cairns and Mackay. A Day in The Life

As a Territory Manager reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders.

  • Be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.

  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities.

  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

Must Have – Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of Health Care Industry.

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Highly organised with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
