What will your responsibilities be?

  • You will participate in a major project related to data sharing within the Health Sector in Luxembourg. This project is developed according to the Gaia-X Framework.

  • Such project will consist of legal research in the Legal IT, AI, within the Health sector and related to the Data Protection.

  • In the light of your research, you will have to:

  • summarize existing legal framework, assess gap, legal gap , missing legislations…;

  • Propose new rules to be implemented and work on a proposal paper to fill the gap;

  • Set new guidelines, standards to be followed by stakeholders;

  • Implement the Gaia-X rules and principles in the project.

  • Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in building the project in accordance with the GDPR;

  • Work with the Luxembourg government and authorities to provide the results of your research to improve the local legislation of Luxembourg.

  • You will work closely with the DPO and Legal Advisor on these subjects at a local level and you will be in contact with the European legal team.

  • An assertive team player, with the ability to work successfully with various stakeholders across the NTT organization and the partners of the Project.

  • Highly organized personality and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Comfortable working in situations with imperfect information.

  • You are able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

  • You are curious by nature and learn quickly.

What do you bring?

  • Minimum of Master Degree in Law in a European Country with, if possible, a specialization in the area of the project.

  • Robust understanding of the GDPR. Other knowledge in AI, IT, Health data is a strong asset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a strong asset.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
