As a Service Sales Specialist , you will provide deep technical and market understanding of CS (Customer Service) portfolios in an assigned region and advice both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens CS portfolios optimally, and you will be responsible to achieve defined sales and business targets.

You'll make impact by:

  • Be fully responsible for the business target from BU (Business Unit) and SU (Sales Unit) for your responsibility definition (a fixed customer list or open customer list from predefined area)

  • Develop service-growth sales plans. Implement service sales strategy and achieve sales target with complete ownership. Prepare regular sales review reports and customer visit reports.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction index by establishing and maintaining efficient customer relationships via continually proven CS value towards customer’s service demand.

  • Facility sales identify and document CS business Potential/Forecast in DI CRM system (Trust IT) and support sales to priority CS portfolio in order to fulfill CS business target/FC.

  • Jointly master account customer CS business 360°analysis and conduct a concrete business plan with DI sales. Promote and finalize CSA (Comprehensive Services Agreement) for target customers who have major Siemens installed base, drive cross-selling of all CS segments and sustainable CS business with the account customer.

  • Continually improve customer understanding of 4 layers (Equipment, Assets, People, Process) CS value-proposition & key CS portfolio with vital support from portfolio managers. Independently promote CS portfolio and map to customer operational issues.

  • Collect high quality application and technical guidance for BD or TS for Go/No GO decision and improve hit rate of solution business. Assist project manager to successfully perform service contract with customers in terms of key achievement and financial critical metric (for instance, change order and AR)

  • Act as a trusted service consultant for responsible Siemens key customers.

Your defining qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Working experience as a sales engineer or sales manager in industry automation service/solution/system/product business (PLC, SCADA, DCS).

  • Proven customer relationships experience with major end-users in main verticals, e.g. Metal, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food & Beverages, Auto. etc., in responsible region.

  • MRO experience in above mentioned branches will be preferred.

  • Strong technical expertise in selling service agreements and digital services.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient skills in written English

  • Willing to travel
