Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44145 ABOUT THE JOB As subject matter expert, provide advice, consultation services and training to Risk Management and Lines of Business on the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and related processes. The position is responsible for ensuring Enterprise Risk Management program management is consistent with KeyCorp's Enterprise Risk Management Policy. Support and train Risk Management and Lines of Business on tools used to provide a comprehensive view of risk. Utilize tableau to create business intelligence data visualizations for risk management analysis and reporting. Analyze data to identify trends/insights for reporting and create data and process enhancements/efficiencies. Develop and maintain stakeholder reporting (Risk Management Committee of the Board, Enterprise Risk Committee, KBNA Board and Risk Management Leadership) that integrates a holistic picture of risks. Provide advice and assistance to Risk Management Leaders in the development of reporting. Improve methodologies and coordination to deliver Risk Management to the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop/maintain strong positive working relationships with LOBs, staff, peers, other risk partners and senior management and by attending various Risk Committee meetings to develop a deeper understanding of business activities and trends. Complete risk data analysis with strong attention to detail from GRC reporting to identify trends/insights to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework Maintain understanding of the RCSA program including Issues Management to perform BAU reporting activities for multiple areas including executive leadership Develop/maintain custom interactive tableau dashboards to create data insights related to Enterprise Risk Management Ability to identify process enhancements, including creating efficiencies and automation where possible Identify, monitor, and resolve exceptions related to the RCSA Program Effectively interact with stakeholders on business use cases for tableau and provide consulting Assist with internal and external audit, examination, regulatory inquiry and investigation requests for information. Also, assist in the evaluation of audit and examination findings, implementation of corrective action and needed responses Provide ad hoc training of GRC Application and the Risk and Control Self-Assessment Process Maintain subject matter expertise on enterprise risk management regulatory guidance and industry practices. Analyze and provide feedback to Risk Management Leaders on Executive and Board Reporting materials Assist LOBs and other corporate initiatives to reduce enterprise risk losses. Monitor and report on adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Assist with other asks as required to ensure team objectives are achieved, even where outside usual area of responsibility. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of enterprise risk management, compliance or equivalent experience, strongly focused on process design, development, risks and controls. Demonstrated knowledge of laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and rules impacting the financial services industry. Applicable certifications for assigned LOBs a plus. Strong ability to work with all levels of management within the company. Experience working/managing projects across multiple functional areas and dealing with multiple business partners. Experience working on initiatives that require strategic planning/thinking. Flexibility to switch priorities based on the needs of the company in a fast-paced environment. Ability to grasp complex processes quickly and be able to identify risks and compensating controls. Excellent problem solving abilities and results oriented; able to make decisions independently. Strong leadership skills
