Job Summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for working with Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Software vendors and contractors, internal engineering groups in the organization and the rest of the business to determine supportable, cost-effective integration solutions to meet business needs. This position should have strong analytical skills to ingest varied systems and quickly process and present potential solutions. The Program Manager should be the link between the business and the ABL technical team, working with engineering teams and product managers to integrate current and new systems.

  • Being comfortable operating and executing in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders. Have the empathy and communication skills to understand differing perspectives so you can articulate and deliver solutions that address the needs of multiple constituencies.

  • Excellent organization skills, project progress tracking and status reporting. The ability to drive results to closure through creativity and technical knowledge.

Education (minimum education required)

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • 8+ years of experience in implementation experience of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) software.

  • Demonstrated track record of establishing product/program strategy, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product/program execution.

  • Strong user experience, analytics, and technical acumen.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teams.

  • Intellectually curious with a data driven mindset.

  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Travel Requirements

  • 1-20%

The range for this position is $74,700.00 to $167,900.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
