We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Benefits Specialist in Cranbury, New Jersey. This role primarily involves the administration of employee benefits programs and ensuring clients are aware of their pension and health insurance options.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of employee benefits programs

• Ensuring clients are adequately informed about their pension and health insurance options

• Compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Utilizing HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient management of client records

• Management of open enrollment periods

• Maintenance of electronic files and records

• Utilization of Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks

• Ensuring clients understand the functionality of their benefits

• Assisting in the resolution of any issues or inquiries related to benefits.

Requirements • Proficiency in Benefit Functions is mandatory for this role.

• The candidate must have a strong understanding of Compliance regulations within the Financial Services industry.

• Experience with Open Enrollment processes is required.

• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems will be highly regarded.

• The candidate must be capable of handling Electronic File management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.
