Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Business Technology (NBT) is seeking qualified applicants for the Planning and Scheduling Support Analyst position. The Planning and Scheduling Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all mill scheduling applications and supporting users in the daily execution of those tools. This will include but is not limited to the following:

• Work directly with division team members to provide day to day business support of all related Planning and Scheduling tools including but not limited to Demantra, ASCP & PSI

• Troubleshoot and provide guidance and solutions for day to day problems faced by business users during the manufacturing process

• Proactively identify repetitive problems and submit suggestions for enhancement or changes.

• Recognize system inefficiencies and engage necessary technical team members for resolution or improvement

• Provide training to individuals or teams as needed

• Act as the source of knowledge for Planning and Scheduling questions as they relate to Oracle EBS and system integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with Demantra, ASCP or other demand planning tools

• 2+ years work experience in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in Planning and Scheduling within Nucor

• 2+ years experience with Demantra, ASCP or PSI planning
