Title: Recruiter

Pay: $24.00/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: 1720 S Bellaire St, Suite 1112, 11th Floor, Denver, CO 80222 - anticipated move in July.

New Location: 14301 E Cedar Ave, Unit B, Aurora, CO 80012-1433

Temp-to-Hire

What you will do:

  • Recruit potential applicants for current client openings with heavy focus in light industrial, admin/clerical and accounting.

  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Facilitate Adecco specific on-boarding process.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with associates and supervisors via regular contact to increase wellness at work, retention, and ensure client success metrics are being met.

  • Identifies, evaluates, and recommends innovative solutions to address client needs and issues.

  • Provide associates with feedback, coaching, conflict management and counseling on job performance.

  • Coach associates to meet their professional goals, retain and re-employ associates at end of assignment.

  • Counsels' associates on how to develop and grow professionally.

  • Provides feedback and support to help associates overcome barriers.

  • Identify a training plan (up-skill and re-skill) for associates to improve their employability with Adecco clients.

  • Serves as candidate advocate with clients.

  • Marketing activities in English and Spanish.

  • Social media posts on company Facebook page, including but not limited to videos, pictures, and written communications in English and Spanish.

  • Develops relationships with clients and business leaders to foster business growth and understand the unique needs of each client.

  • Builds and maintains knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition.

  • Responsible for retention of individual clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and ensuring high NPS scores.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial and winning mindset required.

  • Self-starter capable of working autonomously to achieve both individual and team objectives.

  • Proficient in functioning within a structured Fortune 500 global organization while delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated professional writing and grammar skills.

  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

  • Bilingualism preferred, particularly in Spanish.

  • Passionate about helping people and skilled in setting expectations.

  • Ability to multitask with purpose.

  • Rapid adaptation to changes in the business environment.

  • Proven ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization, from entry level to C-suite.

  • Focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.

  • Effective prioritization, organization, and management of multiple work assignments to meet deadlines.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend and implement creative solutions.

  • Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Awareness of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
