Google Account Strategist, Engage, Google Customer Solutions (English, German) in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in sales, account management, marketing or consulting.

  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, managing objection and engaged promoting.

  • Understanding of Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or related experience.

  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in German, and achieve quotas to drive growth.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, with excellent attention to detail.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

As an Engage Account Strategists, you will establish relationships by conducting phone consultations and business pitches with a large portfolio of clients. You will use the business, problem-solving and objection managing skills to operate in a fast-moving environment, reaching for business and productivity goals. You will provide solution promoting, partnership management and analysis to deliver business results. You will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients while driving business agreements through our advertising solutions.

  • Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.

  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and pitches with clients to advise them on how to get the return on their Google Ads investment.

  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement.

  • Drive customer growth by delivering customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
