Specialist Sales Operations E-Commerce (m/f/x) - Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein

The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.

We’re searching for talented individuals whose mission will be to provide top-notch administrative support and handle our E-Commerce partners’ requirements regarding fulfillment.

A day in the life of A Specialist Sales Operations E-Commerce (m/f/x):

• Order process/Sales Part: You will be responsible for our sell-in/order process for our off-price channel (End-to-End Process – offer creation, coordinate sell-in appointments with our partners, order upload into our SAP system, coordinate the order book reconciliation in close collaboration with our partners & our customer service department)

• Data: You will provide article master data for our partners

• Analytics: You will ensure fact-based decision-making processes through involvement of existing data and reporting in close collaboration with sales analysts/controlling department

• You will be responsible for divisional reporting (e.g. delivery status, available to sell report)

• You will improve and maintain an efficient replenishment process

• You will oversee the incoming EDI orders

What do we need from you? You have:

• 2-3 Years of profound work experience in the Sales Operations area

• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills

• A hands-on mentality in working with frequently changing tools and software to translate work resources into efficiency

• An organizational talent and the ability to set priorities

• A solution-oriented approach and precise working method

• The ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders and a high degree of team spirit

• Very good MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Initial knowledge of SAP FMS would be a plus
