Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics team in Everett, Washington !

The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner to develop and deploy data visualizations to assist business operations running efficiently. A successful candidate is able to build effective partnerships with team members, partners, leaders and peers. They will simultaneously lead multiple data projects while partnering with our internal customers to ensure a OneBoeing approach!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Applies data analytics tools in various projects to offer improved “data-driven” decision making

  • Builds and supports advanced visualizations

  • Develops data capture and retrieval tools and processes

  • Applies data automation to existing manual processes

  • Builds and maintains database tables to support tools and visualizations

  • Continually learns new processes, tools, and technology to support the organization’s future growth

  • Works in dynamic organization and builds working relationships with various functions

  • Supports ongoing monitoring of suppliers’ performance and key business measures and objectives.

  • Monitors Data Analytics Profession and Data Analytics Industry for best practices, changes, and trends.

  • Makes recommendations for opportunity analysis that might improve current or future supply chain organizational efficiency.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics

  • 3+ years of experience working with databases

  • 3+ years of experience with database design, data modeling, or object modeling

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, etc.)

  • 3+ years of experience working with large scale data systems and analytics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience with Agile, Scaled Agile, Framework or related frameworks

  • 1+ years of experience working in a software development environment

  • 1+ years of experience telling stories via data visualizations

  • 1+ years of experience with Project Web App

  • 1+ years of experience in a role that required outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 3 or more years’ or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Senior (Level 4)

Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

summary pay range:

Mid-Level (Level 3) $94,350 - $127,650

Senior (Level 4) $119,850 - $162,150
