We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves overseeing all accounting functions, from accounts payable and receivable to bank reconciliations, for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy

• Manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and payments are received in a timely manner

• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain financial records

• Handle and resolve any accounting inquiries from clients or team members

• Ensure all accounting tasks are performed in compliance with the organization's policies and regulations

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed in the organization

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling purposes

• Maintain accurate records and provide timely financial information to the management

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites

• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations

• Understanding of Billing Functions

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
