Supervises areas of General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Oversees the timely completion of Financial Statements and statistical information. Oversees the maintenance of accounting records for all hospital joint ventures. Performs month-end review utilizing the post closing review guide and provides information and assistance to external and internal auditors to facilitate the audit’s timely completion. Assist Controller in the completion of the annual budget. Works closely with Accounting Supervisor and Controller in assessing career goals for persons under supervision. Analyzes Third Party transactions and works closely with Business Office and Divisional Reimbursement Office to properly state deductions on financial statement.

Oversees supportive personnel and assigned functions/areas as directed.

Accepts accountability and responsibility as a member of the Accounting Department.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

5+ years of accounting experience

2-4 years of experience in a hospital setting

Supervisory experience required

CPA preferred

Compensation is based on experience and will fall within this range: $75,753.60- $112,630.40
