DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, your primarily involves managing budgets, procurement, and communications to ensure compliance with policies and procedures set by the Commonwealth and the agency. Your responsibilities include assisting staff in obtaining program and project funds through grant applications and cooperative agreements, as well as reviewing requisitions from Forest Health (FH) program offices to determine the most suitable procurement method for goods and services.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 5 days out of a two-week pay period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania . If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. This position requires overtime and travel as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
