Position: HR Operations Analyst (Hybrid Schedule Available)

Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Location: Hartford County

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Our client, a large and growing financial services firm with multiple offices across the country, is seeking an HR Operations Analyst for their office located in Hartford County. This HR Operations Analyst serves a critical role in supporting the HR function by ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Operations. Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the entire human resources function

• Analyze data, optimize processes, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and technologies

• Prepare metrics and presentations for senior management

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
