Senior Client Services Executive, Reinsurance

What the day will look like
This role is based in Hong Kong and you will report to the Head of Broker Support, or such other persons as may be notified to you by the Company from time to time. You will be responsible for the following:
Preparation of Life & Health Treaty Reinsurance new and renewal information packages, including slips, cover notes, quotations, treaty statistics, presentations and other supporting documentation
Support the placement of treaties
Hands-on with internal operating system
Handle the renewal placement support
Client data checking
Ensuring compliance with relevant Company and Market Rules and Procedures
Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time
Skills and experience that will lead to success
A desire to work for the world’s leading reinsurance broker in a growth hub.
2 years experience in the insurance industry is preferred. Reinsurance industry experience is an advantage, fresh graduate also welcomed to apply.
Prior Life and Health experience is an advantage
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Detailed minded, accurate and meticulous.
Mature, independent, self-starter.
Excellent time management skill; able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Degree holder preferred.
This role works closely with insurance and reinsurance companies, no direct sales/marketing activities.
