This position reports into Head of Supply Chain Operations Hong Kong and Taiwan and is based at Hong Kong.

What You Will Do

Supply Chain Plan Lead will manage staff in delivering accurate demand and shipping forecasts and providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed business expectations. Duties include budgeting, inventory and service management, risk analysis, and take active role on the Sales & Operating Planning Process.

Key Responsibilities

v Provides leadership and guidance on the demand and supply planning processes that drive cost-effective stock availability and maximize customer order fulfillment .

v Develops and ensures that appropriate planning processes and systems in place are compliant with company policies.

v Partners cross-functionally to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate courses of action.

v Builds effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers as well as internal / external stakeholders. Ensures understanding and communication on the business consequences arising from trade-offs concerning the planning activities.

v Organizes and presents information that ensures timely forecasting communications and common goals and objectives across franchises and functional areas.

v Provides leadership vision to all staffs to attain process efficiencies by continually reducing forecast error while increasing customer service levels.

v Develops and implements inventory policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. Plans inventory per sales forecast, to meet both customer service and inventory targets.

v Reports the shortages and surpluses of company products to management, manages inventory expenses.

v Analyzes changes in the inventory relating to supply, demand and pricing, communicates relevant information to management.

v Works closely with multi business teams, resolves difficult problems, both internal and external customer complaints.

v Manages daily activities of Supply Chain Planners. Coaches and motivates team as well.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

• A minimum of 10 years related experience

• Language – Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and English (written and spoken)

• System – SAP

• Computer skills – MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.
