Este coordinador supervisa todas las actividades de andamios en el sitio y garantiza el cumplimiento del cronograma, los requisitos de calidad HSE y:

• Supervisa las actividades de trabajo de andamios relacionadas con la construcción. Inspecciona la sujeción de andamios para verificar que cumplan con los estándares del proyecto, locales y de la industria.

• Mantiene el cronograma y el control de costos dentro de las funciones de campo asignadas del proyecto.

• Planifica y monitorea las actividades de trabajo requeridas para garantizar que los planos de diseño, herramientas, equipos y materiales estén disponibles.

• Lee y comprende dibujos, planos y especificaciones relacionados con los andamios y garantiza que se mantengan condiciones de trabajo seguras en todos los andamios del sitio.

• Introduce y mantiene un sistema de inspección de andamios que incluya controles semanales de todos los andamios montados. Participa en auditorías, inspecciones y recorridos de observación de seguridad.

• Coordina las actividades de los contratistas que realizan trabajos dentro de una disciplina.

• Garantiza que los inspectores y constructores de andamios estén capacitados y conozcan las especificaciones y procedimientos
