Insight Global Benefits Analyst in Irving, Texas

Job Description

A large retail company is looking for a Benefits/Leave Analyst to sit onsite 3 days a week in Irving, TX. Listed below are the tasks you will be completing.

· Updating the current policies that are not currently documented

· Assist in creating process flows

· Help with quarterly leave exhaustion

· Creating and sending a mail-merge of exhaustion letters to impacted team members.

· Review relocation budgets for team members and ensure they are not overfunded

Skills and Requirements

* 1-2 years of benefits experience

* Experience with policy updates

* Proficient within excel

* Self starter and time management skills

* Understanding of regulations and policies * Workday experience (absence configuration)

* Understanding of FMLA

* Prior experience within the benefits within Canada null
