We are seeking a database developer skilled at writing SQL code, with a strong SQL Server background and with three or more years working as a database developer. Candidate should have experience working on complex technical or architectural design and be skilled in developing database objects and structures for data storage, retrieval and reporting.

Candidate will work closely with other team members within Business Technology and assess business rules and collaborate with peers to understand technical requirements, testing design and tuning for performance. This candidate should also have Power BI development experience as it is essential to the role.

Work locations: In office/hybrid schedules available.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret business requirements.

• Write SQL queries and develop stored procedures, views and functions.

• Analyze, debug, and optimize existing SQL queries.

• Develop ADF, SSIS packages to migrate data from salesforce to SQL Server or from one SQL server environment to another for testing and development.

• Develop data architecture models based on BRD for new and existing applications using ER tools.

• Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

• Hands-on development in Databricks is a plus

• Good understanding of Data integration, Data Quality, and data architecture.

• Strong verbal and written communications.

• Help write and optimize Power BI SQL Statements and be familiar with DAX code.

  Qualifications and Experience:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SQL Server development.

• Experience in writing, debugging and optimizing SQL code.

• Strong problem solving, T-SQL, SSIS packages, ADF and debugging skills.

• Power BI development skills and experience in creating complex dashboards is a plus.

• Databricks knowledge.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven, pro-active.
