The IMPAC QA Specialist will assist the IMPAC team with tasks related to ensuring all menu entry, report review, and processing meet established quality standards.

Salary Range: $18-$20hr

What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintain relationships with assigned Sysco Operating Company contacts

  • Coordinate input and processing of assigned regional and custom menus using both FSS and NetMenu.

  • Maintain IMPAC and NetIMPAC orders of assigned OpCo’s and facilities

  • Perform quality assurance of IMPAC menus and reports assuring they meet all established standards

  • Provide feedback to team members with results of quality assurance process with updates required before delivery to client

  • Keep current on all established standards including operating company specific menu planning needs and report specifications

  • Complete all phases of report generation with assigned operating companies

  • Participate in bi-annual QA review of Sysco IMPAC menus

  • Responsible for duplication of assigned Operating companies.

  • Load and ship menus for assigned customers

    What You’ll Bring to the Table

    Education/Experience

  • Associate’s Degree

  • Relevant work experience if degree is not held

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft software including Word and Outlook

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to graciously accept performance feedback

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly

  • Ability to work well under deadline pressure

  • Highly dependable

  • Strong communication skills including active listening and questioning

  • General food service or nutrition knowledge preferred

    What’s Good to Know

  • Any travel? Special requirements to function at workplace etc. O.T. ?

  • No travel required

  • Overtime may be required during peak time s to meet customer demand .

  • Bending, lifting and ability to lift 50 pounds , unassisted preferred

  • Ability to work independently and team atmosphere
