Responsibilities

Payroll Processing: Efficiently manage payroll processing for a workforce of 300 employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Expense Reports: Oversee the submission, review, and approval process for employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and budgetary guidelines.

Compliance: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's HR practices and policies remain compliant. Develop and implement strategies to address any compliance issues.

Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Foster positive employee relations by addressing issues promptly and effectively, promoting a supportive work environment.

HR Information Systems (HRIS): Manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal utilization.

Microsoft Excel: Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently to analyze data, create reports, and streamline HR processes.

Training and Development: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate employee development initiatives and track training completion.
