Role overview
We’re looking for a driven HR coordinator to join our HR Operations department. You’ll be working on a variety of administrative duties, such as tracking employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing administrative support to all employees. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Serve as a point of contact for all employment-related queries and respond in a timely manner
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, Benefits administration, Vacations, and other relevant documentation.
Own all admin operations for onboarding & offboarding of employees.
Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity
Assisting with assigned HR projects
Support HR audits and compliance reporting as needed.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
Fresh graduate, with up to 2 years of experience
Degree in Business or HR
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must have great record-keeping abilities
Knowledge and competency
