Fresh Central Grocery, LLC Store Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey

Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, sales analysis, inventory management and fiscal accountability of Indian ethnic grocery store. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the groceries, consumer goods, and food items business sales employees. Manage purchasing of goods, merchandise, budgeting, and staff work functions. Oversee employees of the business in sales, inventory, cash receipts, and attending customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory quality of goods and services. Provide in-store assistance to customers. Handle and oversee complicated sales matters. Examine merchandise to ensure appropriate pricing and display. Maintain daily stock operations. Prepare daily register schedule. Maintain weekly time schedule for employees. Coordinate on-site promotional special events. Supervise, manage and train 2 sales staff. Cultivate and maintain relationships for reliable sales of everyday Indian ethnic grocery and consumer goods.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of relevant experience in job offered or as Business Professional or related. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable. Job location in Jersey City, NJ.
