Job Description

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Data Analyst to support the 91st Cyber Operations Squadron on our ARCADE program.

The Data Analyst:

• Uses statistical data, measures of performance (MOP) data, calibration, and operational preparation of the environment information to apply scientific rigor to determining measures of effectiveness (MOE) and platform efficiency.

• Will work closely with intelligence analysts, operators, and the telecommunication industry experts to help modify TTPs while supporting the weapons and tactics flight (DOK).

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.

• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.

• Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.

• Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business.

• Self-motivated to collaborate with mission partners to meet mission objectives in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in realted field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

• Ability to obtain IA Baseline Certification Requirement for IAT Level II per DOD Directive 8570.01 within 6 months of starting position

• Must have current TS/SCI

Preferred Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or quantitative intelligence analysis-

• Experience aggregating data in Elastic stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK) using Python

• Experience directly supporting military or intelligence community customers-

• Demonstrate progressive technical development and outcomes-

• Knowledge of basic AWS Cloud infrastructure and functionality-

• Previous experience performing research in Data Analysis or big data

Physical Requirements
