SUMMARY: The Cocktail Server takes drink orders from guests and serves the correct beverage, complete with garnish, straw and napkin. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Take beverage orders and relay them to the Bartender. Collect order from Bartender, add appropriate garnish, place on tray. Serve beverages to patrons in their designated area. Computes bills and payments for drink orders. Requests identification from patrons, insuring that all guests are 21 or older. Removes empty or dirty glasses, bottles and ashtrays and returns them to the bar or kitchen. Maintains the cleanliness of bar areas and serve stations. Other related duties as assigned. Must be available for scheduled work. Must exhibit the Thoughtful Service model at all times.
