Description: Requires: Minimum 21 years of age; High School graduate or equivalent; Gaming and Tam Card for Dual Rate; fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal; compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers); maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data; knowledge of all aspects of Casino Gaming; able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company; able to verify right to work in the U.S. Regularly walk, stand or stoop. Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail. Need to distinguish between shades of color. Duties: Responsible for dealing all casino games while providing a \"GREAT GAMING EXPERIENCE\" for our guests. The Dealer will ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and that the integrity of the game is not compromised. Dealers work under supervision on the Casino Floor. This position also involves working: under variable temperatures, indoors, and around fumes and/or odor hazards. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Anticipate internal and external guests needs, acknowledge and respond promptly and courteously to any and all requests. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Deal respective live table games with efficiency, proficiency, and professionalism, while providing great guest service. Advise manager of irregular play, or possible gaming violations. Advise manager of any personnel or operational problems. Ensures bankroll on their respective game is kept at par. Verify fills/credit slips for accuracy. Utilizes playing cards and dice, and reviews them for irregularities throughout their respective shift. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests. Wages: DOE/DOQ; to be discussed.
