About the role:

The Sales Support & Analyst, MD Support supports the team of Account Sales Managers FM, Sales Director FM, and Managing Director in all related administrative tasks, closely cooperating with all relevant departments in Poland and abroad. Supports activities related to customers. This person will report to the FM Sales Director & dotted line to the Managing Director. Time allocation FM +/- 75%, Managing Director +/- 25% .

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Account Sales Manager FM, Sales Director FM, and Managing Director and support them in the daily administrative, operational, and commercial tasks, including customer portfolio management.

  • Prepares reports, analyses, statistics, and presentations, and updates data in the CRM system on an ongoing basis.

  • Directly supports customers in providing information related to the company's offer and conducts activities aimed at building positive relationships with customers.

  • Provides general information to customers, orders product samples, and necessary information materials.

  • Manages sales contracts and provides quotations directly to clients based on the Account Manager's requirements.

  • Works closely with other BC departments.

  • Organize meetings and support promotional events organization. Participate in outside meetings.

  • Supports in organizing internal meetings and everyday activities (translating documents, courier services, ordering office supplies, etc.).

  • Supports MD in business duties including preparing the presentations, supporting organizations of the meetings, planning the trips, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and settlement of expenses.

  • Manages different administrative areas related to business operations led by MD.

  • Actively increases professional knowledge and expertise and ensures understanding of the global BC organization.

About you:

  • Master's degree level (preferably in commercial engineering or applied economics).

  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experienced user of Word, PPT, Excel, and Power BI. SAP user experience is a plus.

  • Experience in a commercial B2B environment and understanding of the mechanics in commodity markets (cocoa, sugar, dairy, fats & oils) is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge about social media and being able to prepare and place company spots.

  • Team player with an analytical mindset and strong business/commercial attitude.

  • Customer-focused approach.

  • Exceptional drive, pro-active attitude.
