identify areas of change within market conduct automated systems in order to improve efficiency of identification of suspicious instances
manage delivery of business and IT deliverables to facilitate change
discuss developments and findings with key stakeholders such as MS&C 'run the bank' teams, Investigation teams, Employee Conduct, Business Aligned Compliance and Subject Matter Experts to decide what further action may be taken to improve or enhance.
be a key player in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of programme by (i) utilising artificial intelligence tools to analyse/visualise data (ii) identifying new data sources to capture risks and breaches of policy (iii) awareness of available internal and external solutions to improve or enhance present offering (iv) developing automation processes to create efficiencies.
coordinate and execute user acceptance testing of new developments
manage and develop relationships with key, MS&C, Business, Risk, and Technology partners across divisions, functions and countries including.

The Market Conduct Change Team is within the Conduct, Framework, Monitoring & Oversight (M&O) team within Group .Compliance, Regulatory & Governance. Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance provides independent oversight of the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risks ( 'consequential' risks) and provides an oversight capability of – Intelligence Capability, Assurance and Conformance.
You will be part of a global team working with colleagues situated in USA, Singapore, UK and Switzerland.
compliance or regulatory experience or other related experience around technology requirements for market conduct surveillance such data requirements and connectivity, investigations, HR employee relations, operational risk, risk management, audit, examination, or similar control-related experience
significant data analysis and data manipulation skills using Excel. Knowledge and use of querying languages such as SQL, Python and use of data analysis tools such as Tableau, DataIku, Lavastorm, DataRobot would be an advantage
bachelor’s degree preferable (technical or analytical degree) and/or substantial relevant work experience at a financial services company, large consultancy or comparable working experience.
an understanding of Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Wealth Management experience and knowledge preferred
