Amazon ATS Expansion Program Manager in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

EU Amazon Transportation Services is looking for an enthusiastic, customer obsessed, Program Manager with a good operational background to support the financial strategy, process and standards on the EU ATS Expansion into new European countries and businesses. To be successful in this role, you need knowledge and passion on transportation industry and the ability to process information to drive business decisions based on this knowledge. Some keys to your success are the ability to be an effective communicator to various audiences. The ability to remain flexible and adept to learning new tools and systems is instrumental your role on the team.

This team is still relatively new and so that requires self-paced and motivated individuals who are detailed oriented yet agile and who can work collaboratively across all EU ATS and other business units.

The ideal candidate has a background of running cross-functional projects, network manager, carrier manager or program manager related to transportation topics. The candidate is comfortable rolling-up their sleeves and working on implementation. They have demonstrated the ability to multitask and work in short and long term.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• You will create new ideas for EU ATS expansion short and long term. Solutions will range from easy/quick to complex.

• You will generate analysis on ATS expansion opportunities on behalf of the organization.

• You will work on implementing the ideas with the support of the organization, buy-in via collaborative work is a must.

• You will prioritize the expansion topics/countries or businesses in which the organization will move forward using data.

• You will run transportation analysis for this ideas to prioritize and filter what will move forward into the organizational plans and what will not.

• You will work very closely with ATS teams to execute the strategy.

• You will work with various stakeholders within the wider Amazon operations such as Global Mile, GTS, Retail, Finance, etc., and help create the long term expansion plan.

Luxembourg, LUX

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements
