Amazon Content Developer - Swedish, C2S2 Content Delivery in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

We are looking for a Content Developer with full proficiency/native level in Swedish language to join the European Customer Service Support team.

You will act as the ‘voice of Amazon’ for our customers in Sweden through the writing, publishing and maintaining of customer-facing and internal documentation (including, but not limited to, online Help pages or internal SOP for the Customer Service Associates).

In addition to developing content for Customer Service and product/feature launches in Sweden, you will coordinate content projects for all Amazon European marketplaces. You will also identify opportunities to optimize content quality in order to improve the Customer Service Associates experience and solve customer issues.

This role is an excellent opportunity to learn new content authoring and CMS skills, and gain additional insight into how the Amazon CS network collaborates to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with writing, content quality review or testing, and will have the ability to understand and clearly document various processes.

You should have a strong focus on quality and be able to demonstrate your fluency in Swedish and English.

You are self-motivated and able to work independently with the organizational discipline to track and manage your work for several projects within tight deadlines.

You will have proven ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous circumstances, and will have a record of attention to detail and follow-through.

Key job responsibilities

  • You will write, modify, update and publish content for our internal and external customers, focusing on our customers in Sweden

  • You will adhere to the content style guide and authoring standards

  • You will learn to use DITA XML content models and learn how to author and publish XML topics in the Content Management System (CMS)

  • You will manage several projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment

  • You will collaborate with multiple teams and several marketplaces, to gain alignment on content strategy and execution planning, and professionally reply to feedback from our associates and partner teams

  • You will identify opportunities to improve content development processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Full proficiency in Swedish (native level)

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Demonstrated content management experience within the tech writing, web, localization or content industry

  • Experience working in environments that require constant change with flexibility and business acumen

  • Experience working with global stakeholders on complex changes

  • Excellent planning, communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with web publishing tools/CMS and the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly

  • Localization experience with a proven track record for delivering projects within scope, time and quality

  • Experience with CAT tools

  • Basic XML and/or DITA skills
