  • As the UK SME, you will stay informed about any legislative or Amazon driven updates on policies and inform effectively stakeholders about changes. You could also identify policy opportunities and drive changes yourself. Additionally, an important part of our HRP team's career development is to participate or lead subject matter expert groups, focused on improving key HR processes (such as Talent or Performance management) across EMEA, or individual project assignments at country, or regional level.

A day in the life

You will deliver the highest quality of service to our customers (employees, managers and HRBPs). You will provide solutions to complex problems in a timely manner and manage your stakeholders communications fluently for a best-in-class experience. Cases will be captured and processed through Panorama (our case tracking system) and could identify problems at scale through data.
