We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our 3P team. You will be a key part of defining our selection strategy in this customer-critical selection, and lead in delivering scalable data engineering and analytics solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to explore petabytes of data in one of the world's largest data lakes, employing cutting-edge tools and techniques.

Key job responsibilities

• Architect and automate ETL pipelines for business, CX and supply chain metrics.

• Spearhead deep dives into business hypotheses and anecdotes.

• Design insightful dashboards for a senior non-tech audience.

• Identify cost-out and Seller experience improvement opportunities.

• Contribute to key business documents.

• Lead the implementation of 3P Everyday Essentials EU analytics strategy.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams across functions and geographies.

London, GBR | Manchester, GBR

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets

  • Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results

  • Experience with AWS technologies

  • Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.

  • Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools

  • Experience in the data/BI space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
