This role is suited to someone already in Facilities looking to take the next step in their career, or someone from another industry with administration or similar experience looking to get into property.

About the role;

Key objectives for this role include supporting the facilities management team with administrative and facilities management tasks and working with the tenant helpdesk team, acting as the conduit between the two teams as required.

  • You’ll work closely with the Facilities Management team and will be responsible for day to day administration support

  • Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant and customer related queries

  • Chase tenant arrears confidently over the phone and email

  • Assist with adhoc administrative tasks and projects as required, including but not limited to maintaining registers, booking travel, minute taking and providing detailed reporting

About you;

  • Previous experience in facilities, security, administration or customer service

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders

  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting

  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.

  • A keen interest in the Property industry or becoming an FM
