We are seeking a motivated and engaging Analyst/Trainee CBD Leasing Agent to join our Office Leasing team in Melbourne. As an analyst/trainee CBD Leasing Agent you will play an integral role in our team, conducting comprehensive analysis, development of client documentation and contribute to our continuous growth.

About the role:

• Prepare client pitch presentations and strategy reports

• Analyse market trends and drawing on financial data indicators to comment on market opportunities.

• Provide analytics support to the Leasing, Tenant Representative, Research and Capital Markets teams.

• Responsible for analysing and maintaining the leasing databases, and market enquiries database and CRM.

• Responding the TR briefs on behalf of the team

• Creating and updating market reports

• Securing market intel and evidence

About you:

• A keen interest in Commercial Property is essential

• High attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Proactive and self-motivated

• A drive to get the job done

• Ability to build relationships, establish strong rapport

• Great communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues

• Happy to consider candidates still finishing university
