Join the CBRE – ISPT team - Provide comprehensive property lease administration

Flexible Location – Sydney | Melbourne | Brisbane | Perth

We have multiple openings for proactive Property Lease Administrators to join our highly regarded CBRE – ISPT Property Management team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and accuracy of all lease and tenant information including lease compliance, identifying tenancy requirements and effectively manage all payments associated with property expenses.

Here’s what you will focus on;

  • Work collaboratively within the wider team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of leases

  • Review as appropriate all tenant specific details including but not limited to all tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing and rent reviews

  • Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system and chase arrears when required

  • Liaise with key stakeholders on any tenancy lease incentives and administer that component of the incentive granted to a tenant as required

  • Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss Lease set ups, ensuring that all the information is provided and recorded in the system

  • Complete tenant account reconciliations and process sundry charges

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

  • Previous administration experience or relevant education, with a passion for property and a can-do attitude

  • An understanding of commercial and or retail leases, licenses and property documentation desirable

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice course or working towards it
