salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and processing new hire paperwork.

  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from candidates, clients, and internal team members in a professional and timely manner.

  • Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, coordinating interview schedules and relaying feedback.

  • Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates, including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.

  • Translate documents, emails, and other communications between English and Spanish as needed.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to candidates and clients.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful placement of candidates in temporary and permanent positions.
