Associate Payroll Analyst

What you’ll be doing:

This position is critical to support the proper performance of the Social Security core activities of approx. 4000 EE’s, such as: New Hires, Terms, Salary Changes, SS Quotas Calculation (SUA), manage Medical Leaves (Sickness, maternity, work risk), fill the work risk government form, validate the Semi-monthly SS quotas calculation into the Payroll, Infonavit Loans inputs into Payroll system, reconcile Government Reports of IMSS and INFONAVIT government institutions (EMA, EBA), follow up and resolution of any difference in the monthly fees, manage and deliver requirements to the external consultant to support the Annual Social Security (IMSS, INFONAVIT) report, Annual Work Risk Report, validation and resolution on Social Security incidences through ticketing tool. Support in testing process to payroll system changes.

What you’ll bring to us:

  • Support the process of Social Security, upload payroll incidences into SUA system, validate EMA/EBA Social Security Contributions reports vs

  • Company reports to ensure accurate and timely taxes (IMSS, INFONAVIT) payment.

  • Reconcile and process the Social Security (IMSS/INFONAVIT) quotas.

  • Delivers consistent, high quality customer service

  • Escalates social security and system issues as appropriate.

  • Attend requirements to the Government Institutions as: IMSS, INFONAVIT.

What skills you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Administration/Accounting areas.

  • Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and social security data, High level of integrity and judgment

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Social Security - Payroll

  • Good English skills, possible B1

  • Experience in operating local and/or international payrolls systems: SUA, SAP, Oracle…

  • Excel (Intermediate)

  • Organized, Clean & Tidy working style

  • Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
