UBS Financial Services Inc. seeks Relationship Managers (Senior Wealth Strategy Associates) in Miami, FL to support the Wealth Management Advisor group in the development of various wealth management plans and strategies such as financial plans and investment plans. Build tailored plans and strategies on an understanding of client needs, goals, and risk tolerance. Assist Financial Advisors (FA) in client conversations by actively listening to the client needs to assist in the development of wealth management plans. Support financial advisors in client/prospective client meetings by actively listening to conversations, providing relevant analytical information, and taking accurate notes to ensure an understanding of clients/prospective client's current financial situation, investment objectives and goals and risk tolerance. Support Financial Advisors as needed in client relationship building and business development activities. Develop customized asset allocation strategy and investment solutions. Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reports in conjunction with information gathered from wealth management research and other external parties, and make recommendations to the FA for potential change. You will work with the WM LatAm US International team located in Miami, FL.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related financial services position: providing wealth management advisory services to high net worth Spanish-speaking clients in Latin America; managing and developing client relationships and establishing strategies for acquiring new private clients, business development and risk management; working with portfolio construction and asset allocation among all asset classes including mutual funds (equity and fixed income), hedge funds, private equity, real estate, structured notes, bonds (corporate and sovereign); selecting alternative investments such as cash, fixed income, equities, foreign currencies, commodities, and discretionary asset management on behalf of clients; formulating hedge fund and option strategies; evaluating global financial and economic factors and financial accounting reports to measure and track business and financial performance; working with offshore investors to develop comprehensive investment strategies and programs; evaluating internal and external business and related financial data on current and prospective international clients; preparing and presenting verbal and written communications, reports and presentations.
