As an Associate Financial Advisor joining our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to directly engage with clients, taking on existing relationships and guiding them towards their financial goals. With over 25 years of experience backing our practice and assets exceeding $400 million, we're primed for continued growth. Your role will be instrumental in driving this expansion, not only by nurturing existing client connections but also by actively bringing new clients on board. Beyond client relationships, you'll play a crucial part in asset management, working closely with our seasoned advisor to ensure optimal portfolio performance and growth. Role: Build relationships with existing clients to better serve and support them. Initially you will work with 70-80 high value financial planning clients. Actively engage in new client acquisition to grow the practice. Attend client meetings, taking notes, documenting action items, and efficiently collaborating with the team on tasks. Perform in-depth analysis of client financial situations and create tailored financial plans. Assist in market research and portfolio management. Prepare financial planning summary letters. Follow up on client calls and requests. Key traits and skills: Team player demonstrating integrity, hard work ethic, and high moral character. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills. Willingness to adhere to compliance rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and FINRA. Education, experience, and other designations preferred: Minimum requirement of an undergraduate degree or higher. Preferred: Over 10 years of experience in the financial planning industry. Required licenses (or commitment to obtaining within the first 3 months of hire): Series 7, Series 66, and Minnesota State Life & Health. CFP designation preferred, or willingness to obtain over time. Salary: Base salary $85k-$150k, commensurate with experience Bonus schedule
