Organize, lead, develop and implement the companywide initiatives to ensure that data quality and appropriate analytics/techniques are maintained so that data can effectively support business processes. Apply data mining and data modeling to extract and analyze information from large datasets using statistical software. Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues. Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality. Adhere to data governance standards and procedures. Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data. Recommend remediation of process or control data gaps that align to management strategy and provide automated solutions to deliver analytical capabilities and enriched data to applications. Serve as relationship manager for a line of business. Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility. Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies. Develop techniques supporting trending and analytic decision-making processes. Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices. Perform and work with data management, data lineage/metadata, data controls, and data flows/process flows. Lead and mentor project team of 3 Data Engineers/Data Scientists. Experience must include: JIRA, AWS, S3, IAM, Quicksight, Redshift, ETL Pipeline, Unix Shell Scripting, Teradata, Oracle, Informatica, Datastage, GITHUB, Autosys, Python Scripting.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Computer Technology, Engineering (Any), or related with 1 year of relevant IT experience in job offered or as a Computer / Engineering Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable. Job locations in Morristown, NJ & various unanticipated client sites nationally requiring relocation and travel to these sites involving short and long term assignments.
