Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 15 years of experience leading or executing consumer product system design, hardware architecture, New Product Introduction (NPI), or product delivery.

• Experience managing a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with architecture and design of circuit boards, including chipset, memory, high-speed communication interfaces, or power.

• Experience integrating battery, memories, power supply, display, sensors, and analog design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Set strategy on architecture, connectivity, power, and electrical innovation, and influence areas with Platforms and Ecosystems.

• Lead an Electrical Engineering team through all phases of product development, and work with cross-functional teams to develop hardware architecture and systems for next generation products.

• Connect product definition mapping to features and electrical implementation, with an understanding of how data flows in a system, what matters, and how to build it.

• Lead the team on key systems electrical, architectural, and implementation trade-offs on products.

• Design products, influence and define system specification, communicate ideas, and discuss solutions with teams.
